Everyone has a place to be born, grow, grow and go far away, always remembering. That place is home. I also have a place that is always in my heart, this land, my parents, my grandparents, my friends and my childhood filled with the most memorable memories. I love my country, I love the people here.

In my mind, every countryside has a unique feature that cannot be confused. People in the countryside too, have their own personality and feelings.

My hometown has immense rice fields, running immense, but I haven't gone yet. My mother told me that going to the whole rice field is far away so I have never dared to go. In the golden season, the nursery's golden color makes you feel an endless yellow carpet. There are diligent buffaloes grazing on long, high dykes. There we can lie still and watch the sky cloudy, watch the sun set every time the sun falls into the high mountains.

Vào mùa lúa chín màu vàng ươm của lúa khiến cho em có cảm giác như một tấm thảm màu vàng bất tận. Có những chú trâu cần mẫn gặm cỏ trên những triền đê cao và dài. Nơi đó chúng em có thể nằm im và ngắm bầu trời có mây trôi, ngắm mặt trời lặn mỗi khi mặt trời đổ xuống dãy núi cao cao kia.

My parents’ hometown is Long An, but I was born and raised up in Ho Chi Minh City. People usually call it Saigon, and it is the biggest city of Vietnam. It has a lot of fascinating buildings and constructions since it is a modern and developing city. What I love about Saigon is that all the new and old things are perfectly harmonized. Behind the skyscrapers are the small alleys which contain a slower lifestyle and traditional values. My friends and I have a lot of places to go in our free time such as Nguyen Hue walking street, Tao Dan Park, Dam Sen Water Park, Suoi Tien theme park, and many other places which tourists usually visit. Besides the view, it can be said that Saigon is one of the food heaven that people should not miss when they come to Vietnam. We can find almost all kind of Vietnamese cuisine here, and we can enjoy featuring foods on floating restaurants on Saigon River. I love Saigon a lot, because both the people and the city itself are nice to me and whoever wants to visit it.

Beside, the scenery and the stage properties really made me amazed. From the big ship to the small cushions at Rose’s room, they were all delicate. Last but not least, the great theme song “My heart will go on” by Celine Dion marked the end of the story. Even Jack leave Rose forever, her heart will keep going on.

This is the best movie I have ever watched. No wonder why Titanic already won 11 Academy Awards. I recommend that everyone should watch this movie at least once.

My best friend is someone special whom I can share my all feelings. He is John. He lives with me as my neighbour in the same colony. We met each other in the nursery class on the very first day. We sit together in the classroom and share everything very happily without any problem. We know each other very well as well as understand each other’s need. He is leadership in nature, tall, fair in complexion, good looking and smart. He is very good in studies and behaves well with everyone. He does his class work and homework very attentively. He is favourite student of class teacher as he is very punctual and follows all the etiquettes.

He respects my feelings and helps me always. Many things of us hobbies, s, diss, etc are similar. We love to listen music, watching cartoons and playing carom at home. We take care of each other in the school and playground. We share school copies and help each other whenever one of us remain absent in the school. We go at tour and picnic with our parents together in every winter and summer vacation.

My secondary school is a place that bears all the hallmarks of my childhood memories. It is placed in the center of my district. Surrounded by a paddy-field, it enjoys lined- trees and colorful garden, which creates a wonderful view. Moreover, this school was designed with a large- scale plan. It is a 2 storied building of u shape with capacity of 1000 people and it was invested heavily in infrastructures with well- equipped classrooms. In a good environment, students are given many precious chances to discover and develop their inner talents. Besides modern facilities, this school is also well- known for enthusias and qualified teachers who are always dedicated and devoted themselves to teaching career. In conclusion, studied in this school for four years, it has become an indispensable part in my life.

As a traditional family in Vietnam, I have a big one. My family has 5 members, including Mom, Dad, Grandma, sister, and me. My mom’s name is Giang. She has long hair and black eyes. She is a teacher. My Dad’s name is Trung. He is tall and very strong. His job is doctor. For me, my mom is the most beautiful woman, and my dad is the most wonderful man. And my grandma’s name is Tam. She is 95 years old, and next 5 years, we will organize the 100th longevity wishing ceremony, and I look forward to taking part in this ceremony. “Avengers: Endgame” is one of the most famous and interesting films in the world I have ever seen. The film serves as a conclusion to the story of the Marvel Cinematic Universe up to that point, ending the story arcs for several main characters such as Ant-Man, Thor, Captain America, Hulk, Iron Man,… Despite my preference for romantic films, I am absolutely interested in watching this movie. The plot of this film is logical and attractive. The actors are exceptionally great as they can express the character’s mentality naturally. What I like best about this film is its visual effect. The effect of this film so great that it makes everyone and everything look real and inspiring. If anyone runs out of movies to watch, I highly recommend the “Avengers: Endgame” as a change of appetite.

Tom and Jerry went through many phases and took place from anywhere from inside a house, to anywhere in outer space. The series includes content about endless battle between the two rivals is a house cat called Tom and a mouse called Jerry. Often Tom rarely succeeds in catching Jerry by Jerry mouse too smart, swift and lucky. Yet during the chase, Tom and Jerry has developed a close relationship which is less seen in other animated series. Although the contents of the Tom and Jerry could see the scenes of violence, it has still made up such wonderful childhood for many children all over the world. Tom & Jerry is really impressive. First, it’ll introduce children to classical music. Second, it’ll give them an appreciation for cartoons made at an earlier time. Third, since Tom always provokes the fights, and yet since Jerry usually outsmarts Tom, kids are taught that the one who provokes fights will usually lose. Last, but certainly not least, it’s entertaining. School-age children will enjoy this.

My favorite movie is “Sherlock Holmes”. This is a movie I watched recently in cinema. It was a very thrilling journey through time. The film was based on a novel, with the same name.Except the great story, the actors were great. They really make you think it is happening. The main character wasn’t the one in novel, it was the complete opposite, his assistant Dr. Watson. Who is very fat in the novel, isn’t showed that. He is Sherlock’s conscience, very handsome, younger man, just Holmes. In the film, he is trying to prove that magic don’t exist and that all that happened wasn’t because of a bad magician, and he did it. The whole movie is exciting and I didn’t want it to end. Of course, there is a beautiful lady who brings trouble to the main character and he falls in love, always, right? He does everything to save her from the “dark magic”. And he succeed. I it also, because it ended, but not really… He killed the magician (who was fake at the end), but the leading “bad guy” was still alive. I guess, I have to wait a year more to see the continuation.I really d the movie and I could watched again and again… I think that’s what makes a great movie, when it’s every time thrilling as the firs time you saw it.

Doraemon is one of my favorite comics, written by Fujiko Fujio. This is a famous comic book, adapted into many diferent kinds such as animated films, plays and short stories. The main character is Doraemon cats from the 22nd century to help Nobita, the lubberly boy. His duty is to help Nobia overcome troubles by using magical decorations. In addition, Doraemon and his team including Nobita, Xeko, Chaien and Xuka also join in the adventuous journey to the new land that is exciting and also dangerous. Through the pages, we see a beautiful and pure friendship. The first time I read Doraemon was in the second grade, since then, the book has been with my childhood, creating beautiful memories.

As a traditional Vietnam family, I have a big family. My family has 6 members including my mum, my dad, my grandmother, my big brother, little sister and me. My mum's name is Lan. She's got short, black hair and brown eyes. She and my dad work in business of medicine. My dad's name is Phong. He's short. He's got black short hair. My little sister's slim. She's quit beautiful. Paying for cost of living of family with 3 little children comes to be a difficult problem, My mum and my dad have worked hard day by day, even my 60-year-old grandmother also had to buy foods to help apart. You know that's a difficult time, but now we grown up and my family's financial problems were improved. Thank life for everything.

There are four people in my family: my parents, my younger sister and I. My father is a 45-year-old engineer. He spends most of his time in the building sites. That’s why he has a tanned skin. As soon as he comes home, he turns on the television to watch the news, relaxes for a while and then he takes a shower. In case my mother doesn’t cook for the dinner yet, my father is very happy to join hand and help her. Talk about my mother, she is a 40-year-old primary school teacher. In every morning, she is the one who wakes up earliest to prepare the breakfast, clothes and necessary things for my father, me and my sister. After we leave home to work or study, my mother will have a quick breakfast and drive to the primary school. After school, she runs fast to the market, buys some fresh food and backs to home to cook lunch. My father doesn’t come home in the noon so only three of us eat and talk to each other during lunch. However, the lunch is still prepared very scrupulous. In general, my mother is a gentel caring woman and sometimes she is very strict. I have a younger sister who will be 8 years old in the next October. My sister is pretty, docile and hard study. On every weekend, I take her to the park to have fun and we will buy some tasty ice creams. We quite close and sometimes she makes me very angry because of her negligent habit. The last person in my family is me. I am studying in the second year of Business Administration major at Hong Bang University. My schedule is changed frequently and I am also trying to get a scholarship to study abroad in Canada next year so I don’t spend much time to my family. But any time when I am free I try to help my mother in household chorces and take care of my sister. In my family, each person has a different responsibility but we always stand together to enjoy happiness moments, overcome the difficult time and solve the problems. I understand that there is nothing that is more important than my family. I love my parents and my lovely sister so much.

Sau khi tan trường mẹ tôi chạy thật nhanh đến chợ mua những thực phẩm tươi rồi về nhà nấu bữa trưa. Bố tôi không về nhà vào buổi trưa nên chỉ có ba mẹ con chúng tôi ăn uống và nói chuyện suốt bữa trưa. Dù vậy, bữa cơm vẫn được chuẩn bị rất chu đáo. Nói chung, mẹ tôi là một phụ nữ hiền lành đảm đang và đôi khi rất nghiêm khắc. Tôi có một em gái sẽ tròn 8 tuổi vào tháng 11 tới. Nó rất dễ thương, ngoan ngoãn và chăm chỉ học tập. Vào mỗi dịp cuối tuần tôi hay dẫn em đến công viên giải trí và đi ăn những cây kem tươi ngon. Chúng tôi khá thân thiết nhưng đôi khi nó làm tôi phát cáu bởi vì thói quen cẩu thả của mình. Người cuối cùng trong gia đình tôi chính là tôi. Tôi đang học năm thứ hai ngành Quản Trị Kinh Doanh tại đại học Hồng Bàng. Lịch học của tôi thường xuyên thay đổi và tôi đang cố để giành được học bổng du học Canada trong năm tới nên tôi không dành nhiều thời gian cho gia đình. Nhưng bất kì khi nào rảnh tôi luôn phụ mẹ công việc nhà và chăm sóc em gái. Trong gia đình tôi mỗi người đều có một trách nhiệm riêng nhưng chúng tôi luôn sát cánh bên nhau để tận hưởng những giây phút hạnh phúc, vượt qua thời gian khó khăn và cùng giải quyết vấn đề. Tôi hiểu rằng không có điều gì quan trọng hơn gia đình. Tôi yêu bố mẹ và cô em gái dễ thương rất nhiều.

There are four people in my family: my parents, my younger sister and I. My father is a 45-year-old engineer. He spends most of his time in the building sites. That’s why he has a tanned skin. As soon as he comes home, he turns on the television to watch the news, relaxes for a while and then he takes a shower. In case my mother doesn’t cook for the dinner yet, my father is very happy to join hand and help her. Talk about my mother, she is a 40-year-old primary school teacher. In every morning, she is the one who wakes up earliest to prepare the breakfast, clothes and necessary things for my father, me and my sister. After we leave home to work or study, my mother will have a quick breakfast and drive to the primary school. After school, she runs fast to the market, buys some fresh food and backs to home to cook lunch. My father doesn’t come home in the noon so only three of us eat and talk to each other during lunch. However, the lunch is still prepared very scrupulous. In general, my mother is a gentel caring woman and sometimes she is very strict. I have a younger sister who will be 8 years old in the next October. My sister is pretty, docile and hard study. On every weekend, I take her to the park to have fun and we will buy some tasty ice creams. We quite close and sometimes she makes me very angry because of her negligent habit. The last person in my family is me. I am studying in the second year of Business Administration major at Hong Bang University. I had a wonderful vacation this summer because I filled it with several sporty activities. On the first day, I swam in the lake, and I sunbathed on the beach. On the second day, I went sailing with a friend. On the third day, I went fishing; I caught five lake trout. On the fourth day, I hiked in the woods along a babbling stream. To summarize, I enjoyed my sporty vacation, and I’m looking forward to a similar vacation next year.

Last summer vacation, I had a travel to Hue. He is one of the cities that had idead tourist destination for travelers when come here to rest. I with my family went to Hue by bus. We visited some place such as Huong river, Trang Tien demand, Bach Ma mountain,....I stayed a modern hotel three days a week.At night, we went walking along street to see Hue and building. I bought a lot of survenirs for my friends. I took some photo about Hue city. I was impressed by the beauty and friendly of Hue people. After three days, We returned home. That is travel great .

Last summer, I had a wonderful vacation in Da Lat with my friends.

Unlike the hot Hanoi, Dalat’s weather was still chilly in the summer. The air was cool and fresh, making me feel very comfortable. Our hotel had no air conditioner but I still feel cold. We stayed here for 1 week and we went to many places in Dalat.

My friends and I had been to Valley of Love. It was not natural that this place is the most famous tourist destination in Dalat. It was really beautiful here. The valley of love was full of flowers, trees, and lakes. All blend together to create a mesmerizing scene. In addition, we also went to Elephant Falls, Langbiang, Dambri Falls, … I had tried to eat many delicious foods, drinks, and fruits. I really liked the strawberry smoothie here. There were also fruit jams, Buttermilk ice cream; They were made from very fresh fruit. All are delicious.

Dalat had many beautiful cafés. We had coffee together and took many commemorative photos. Dalat also had a very bustling night market. Here, people could buy whatever they want like food, fruit, souvenirs, … I also came here and bought a lot of gifts for my family.

This is my great summer vacation. Although I cannot stay in Dalat for much longer, I will come back here on the nearest day.
